Meet Chris Brown...
 

Chris is a native of Spokane, Washington and transferred with his family to the Orlando area in July 1978. Wow, what a contrast, wheat fields to Mickey Mouse! 

Chris's background started in the custom home business where he learned everything from the ground up from digging footers to designing and building custom homes. In 1987, Chris earned his real estate license and started his career helping families reach their real estate goals. 

Chris has an extensive background in real estate. He has earned his Brokers License as well as Seven National Designations ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, ALHS - Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, CSP - Certified Short Sale Professional, GRI - Graduate, Realtors Institute, e-PRO - Advanced Internet Training, TRC - Transational Referral Certified. Chris also is a licensed Mortgage Broker and has a full understanding of financing plus is a LCAM-Licensed Community Association Manager. 

Chris services the Greater Orlando Area from Downtown Orlando, North to Deland including the cities of Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Casselberry, Oviedo, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Springs & Sanford. 

Chris has been assisting the relocation of families since 1987 with over 600 successful transactions.
