Chris is a native of Spokane, Washington and transferred with his family to the Orlando area in July 1978. Wow, what a contrast, wheat fields to Mickey Mouse!
Chris's background started in the custom home business where he learned everything from the ground up from digging footers to designing and building custom homes. In 1987, Chris earned his real estate license and started his career helping families reach their real estate goals.
Chris has a family, which includes his wife Lindsey, daughter Whitney, a cat named Calie and tanks full of fish. In his spare time, Chris loves to ride his Harley (1998 STC w/ape hangers), work around the yard, and spend a little time on the lake boating and fishing behind his house.
Chris has an extensive background in real estate. He has earned his Brokers License as well as Four National Designations ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, e-PRO, and GRI - Graduate, Realtors Institute. Chris also is a licensed Mortgage Broker and has a full understanding of financing plus is a LCAM-Licensed Community Association Manager.
Chris services the Greater Orlando Area from Downtown Orlando, North to Deland including the cities of Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Casselberry, Oviedo, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Springs & Sanford.
